ZALORA is looking for a Style Advice Content Producer / Wear It With Tagger who will assist
adding style advice content to ICONIC SKUs by tagging products using an internal application
to create outfit suggestions to customers. The role will be based in MCX, Muntinlupa City.
Responsibilities:
This role assists adding style advice content to our SKUs by tagging products, surfaced to customers on different stages of the purchase and inspiration journey.
They will use an internal app to tag product recommendations to SKUs to create an outfit suggestion
The internal app has a 'todo' workflow, where the person will go through this workflow tagging the products based on business goals that TI has pre defined
For each outfit to be tagged, the tool uses image recognition to assist the tagger to find relevant products to create the outfit. This is part is very straightforward and basically data entry with a good eye for detail.
Additionally, the tagger will need to make some basic styling decisions about accessories that might be added to complete an outfit. For example, adding a yoga mat to a sport outfit, or adding a clutch to a dressier outfit.
For these accessory add-ons, we provide product suggestions in the tool about what could be added, the tagger can just click to add them.
We also provide search tools, based on the same technology as our customer facing search, to help the tagger find items like 'gold earrings' or 'straw hat'
Additionally, the production team is creating a 'dos and dont's' visual guide to help taggers make better styling choices
Requirements:
Must be an Associate Degree / Diploma / College Graduate
Data entry: Speed and attention to detail
Interest or some experience in fashion: knows how to put an outfit together, but doesn't need to be a stylist expert
Familiarity with the products we sell and shoot: We've found our photo retouchers do a good job, as they are familiar with our photos and products and have a good eye for detail
