Actively promotes and ensures the emotional safety and well-being of all students. This includes but is not limited to acting as an advisor and/or consultant to the schools in addressing cases or issues related to student behavior; developing intervention programs or strategies to respond to students' emotional and psychological concerns; and providing informative activities and/or resources intended to facilitate students' adjustment to secondary or tertiary education.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Behavioral Science or any related field.
Preferably with a Master's Degree or at least pursuing a Master's Degree aligned with the undergraduate course.
Advantage if a Licensed Guidance Counselor.
Experience and Competency Requirements:
Experience in mentoring and coaching.
