We are looking for a passionate student intern who will provide operational support to the Hotel's Front Office department.
Key Accountabilities
Checks all arrivals and ensures that all room blockings are made in accordance to guest/s preferences
Updates registration cards and sees to it that all information given by guests are accurate and complete
Ensures sufficient deposit and proper billing arrangement of guests
Performs duties & responsibilities to develop oneself in becoming a future hospitality professional
