We are looking for a Student Coordinator to join our team in Hillerd!
As a Student Coordinator, you will have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while gaining industry experience in an international company. You either are still studying or finishing your studies. We are looking for a Student Coordinator who is keen to learn and able to manage their own time.
The Student Coordinator will be part of a team where communication and teamwork are essential, and their input in this team is highly valued. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project has all the practical facilities in place to allow everyone to conduct their tasks in the best possible way. You will get your own projects and support the admin team in ensuring that all administrative and coordination tasks are well-managed and dealt with in a timely manner.
Fluent in English and Danish is a requirement.
Basic Job Requirements
. Support of team members in various tasks, including orders of equipment and other ad hoc tasks
. Communication and distribution of information
. Support maintenance of project tools and documents, as well as database management, including organizational charts, contact information and others
. Support organization of events and social arrangements, coordination and contact with various vendors
. Meeting coordination, including bookings and catering
. Travel Coordination, travel arrangement, log/file travel documentation
. Preparation of presentations, workflow instructions, and process manuals for the project, hereunder distribution and archiving
. Schedule training for new project team members (i.e., Time Management System, Fluor University, Expense Reports, Policies, One Fluor)
