Job Description:
Will be in charge with the cost estimates needed on each project (requirement for bank, building permit, construction reference and change orders of client)
Will be the in house civil/structural engineer for consultation referring to structural plans and site concerns.
In charge of counter checking the plans made by other Engineers.
Give professional opinions regarding construction concerns.
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil / Structural Engineer.
Must have an experience in construction.
Well verse in cost estimations and familiar with construction materials.
Can do and provide structural plans (Signed and Sealed), structural analysis for building permit requirements.
Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp, and STAAD.
With experience on site monitoring and actual execution.
Schedule:
8 hour shift

Lipa, Batangas (Preferred)
