Requirements
Licensed Civil or Structural Engineer
3-5 years relevant structural design experience
Proficiency in STAAD pro Software, AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards
Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes on projects.
Familiar with different construction methodology.
Knowledgeable in various analysis techniques such as Stress Calculation of Structural Frame, Finite Element Method, and Soil Mechanics and Foundation Analysis.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
Job description
Has overall supervision for:
The preparation of structural designs and requirements on a range of projects.
The development of a sound structural design from schematic design up to contract documents, while ensuring that the project is within budget.
The preparation and review of structural analysis, computation, and detailed cost estimate.
The preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, studies, and designs for projects.
The close coordination with the project management team and drafting team.
The implementation of structural design plans for specific projects including fabrication, construction and installation, site visits, daily structural safety procedures, identification of potential issues and risks, and coordination with the Project-in-Charge for all updates and approvals.
Ensures that the projects are in compliance with the local and national rules and regulations, national building code, and structural code of the Philippines.
Brings technology insights, updates, and training to the Company relating to knowledge of structural design engineering and development.
Helps the Company fulfill initiatives for certifications, compliance, org. memberships, and similar objectives.
