Job Responsibilities:
Structural design and drafting on a variety of projects based on
architectural documentation including but not limited too;
residential, commercial, industrial, sheds, concrete pools.
This will be with a variety of constructions types such as brick,
timber, steel, concrete tilt, brick veneer.
Note: The employee must be able to complete the structural
design based on the architectural documentation, no markup will
be provided
Revisions to structural documentation as per engineers
comments
Emails / correspondence with other NCD employees and engineer
as required
Qualifications:
No particular qualifications required however they must have experience
completed structural documentation within Australia (WA preferred) using
Autocad. Residential experience necessary, commercial experience
preferred also.
Competencies/Personality Traits
Solid understand of Australian Standards
Familiar with multiple construction types (i.e double brick, brick veneer,
concrete tilt, timber frame, steel frame)
Fluent in English / Good communication skills
Honest / trustworthy
Reliable
Independent
Prior Experience
Experience working on Australian projects a must. Western Australia
preferred
