Job Description
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive research usage and customer engagement. Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop engage marketing programs to drive retention and customer growth such as new customer onboarding program, client at risk program, referral program. Deliver marketing activities to assist sales and product teams on meeting revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments goals. Partner with the marketing director to develop and monitor metrics and dashboards to understand industry trends and practices. Identify trends and insights from existing database to drive engage campaigns. Measure and report performance of all marketing activities: analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting. Develop KPI framework and benchmarks to measure success of campaigns so to ensure continuous improvement.
Design differentiated and relevant B2C/B2B customer segment value propositions, drawing on capabilities from across the Globe ecosystem
Develop customer segments and personas, drawing on proprietary and third-party data & insights, and working closely with teams from commercial strategy, brands, channels and product
Conduct in-depth customer needs and benefits analysis to uncover new propositions and value that can be delivered to customers, in order to build lasting, valuable relationships
Define customer-centric strategic value narratives, associated credentials / reasons to believe
Conduct market analysis to ensure commercial viability and feasibility of propositions
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure customer propositions align with the strategies of Commercial teams, and support the delivery of business KPIs
Map customer journeys and touch-points, defining opportunities for Globe to engage and communicate effectively, delighting our customers, and differentiating ourselves
Engage with stakeholders (Brand, Channels, Product, Customer Experience) to execute on the proposition
Maintain customer propositions in-life, to ensure they remain relevant to customers
Continuously review propositions in light of customer response, revenues, market trends, and competitor moves
Maintain the B2C Customer Segment Playbook - an internal bible that details the firm's in-depth understanding of each segment and persona live propositions strategies and go-to-market approaches
Develop segment-specific strategies based on market developments and trends, customer and competitor insights
Collaborate with Marketing Campaign partners to develop appropriate GTM content and campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and cross-sell
Engage with Regional Marketing Managers to cascade the strategic segment plans to drive acquisition
Lead annual marketing planning cycle and periodic plan reviews, working closely with business and marketing partners
Conduct ongoing analysis of business results in light of market trends and developments to dynamically manage plans and delivery
