Description
- Responsible for all supplier base management as well as other processes related to Telecom implementation networks services to support our service business in the Philippines. The target is to provide sourcing support and developing/implementing sourcing strategy with optimized cost, quality and competence in an efficient and compliant manner.

- Must have excellent skills in Microsoft products - power point, excel and word
- A knowledge of Telecom implementation services and Telco Industry in the Philippines is a must

Job qualifications
- A sourcing professional who posses Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Professional Degree, or equivalent
- At least 5 to 8 years relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry with sourcing, finance/commercial or legal contracts background. Preferably with knowledge of Telecom site services sourcing, sourcing process and tools.
- Excellent advisory negotiation, vetting and drafting skills on contractual matters
- Knowledge in Contact Management, Country Labor Laws, Corporate/Personal Income Tax, International Taxation and financial understanding
- Good team player, self-motivated, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, driven by passion for operational excellence and possess leadership quality
- Independent, resourceful, self motivated and with high integrity Experience & ability to manage the "local - regional" relationship in a balanced way
