Required Education and Experience:
Graduate of four (4) years course preferably related to Statistics, Marketing, ProductDevelopment and Mathematics.Preferably experience at least 5 years in Bank operation and Microfinance.
Summary/Objective:
The main function of the Research Head is the overall management of SRDI activities includingbut not limited to research survey, incubation and product prototyping, pilot testing andoperational analysis
Essential Functions:
A. Administrative Function:1. Recommend to the management new products and technology relevant tobanking operations.2. Update the President on any project activity and product development andincubation timelines.3. Coordinate with other Bank Departments on other matters that require theirattention /action.4. Coordinate with the Consultant if any regarding project requirements.B. Technical Management5. Supervise the project development, activity, and pilot testing.6. Recommend to the management new products and technology relevant
