Responsibilities
Working with our Business Team (Payments, Marketing and Revenue) to identify strategies and a roadmap on how to grow ZALORA Philippines and push for revenue generating initiatives
Manage projects from planning through completion, working closely with both business and tech stakeholders
Support our business needs producing tangible outcome with a strong focus on the customer
Assure that user experience, features and workflows within the platform deliver the expected business benefit
Growth hacking through constant testing to uncover new opportunities
Adopt data-driven approach in proposing creative optimisation ideas
Conduct research and analysis to validate hypothesis and support decision making
Requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
UI/UX understanding and impact of various elements
Understanding of consumer behaviour and consumer psychology
Ability to prioritize requests and deliverables according to the company's overall strategy and goals
Prior experience in Excel, HTML, SQL or related programming languages is a plus
Understand e-commerce concepts and preferably have previous experience in e-commerce businesses.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Superior project management skills and attention to detail
Experience utilising Google Analytics or similar web analytic services
Experience using R or Python for data analysis and modelling
Experience using Tableau or Power BI equivalent for data analysis and modelling
Experience using A/B test platforms, such as Google Optimize or Optimizely
