Strategic Program & Operations Manager - Growth Mkt GC
Key Responsibilities:
The individual will be supporting the Growth Mkt GC on several dimensions and is expected to dynamically prioritize this support as needed:
Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Growth Mkt GC to gather data on current pertinent Growth Mkt Legal projects and pinpoint any additional ones he wishes to implement, including anticipated outcomes, milestones, resourcing, and expenses. In order to facilitate decision-making, talks, collaboration, and information exchange, the annual schedule of Growth Legal LT and larger team meetings and activities will also be established.
Governance: Managing the decision-making process involves ensuring that high-quality inputs are provided on time, documenting decisions made (together with their implications and commitments), communicating and tracking decision-actions, and proactively identifying any obstacles to decisions being carried out.
Programme Management (PM): Assisting the Growth Mkt GC in the successful execution of any of his projects, either directly or through locating PM expertise or Legal. being proactive in recognizing and addressing problems and significant threats to delivery.
Communications: Providing assistance to the Growth Mkt GC in the creation of internal communication tools (such as portal articles, videos, newsletters, blogs, etc.); in the organization and conduct of webcasts and team conference calls; and in the management of the major communication channels. Working with subject matter experts in communications (from Legal Ops and Legal M&C) to ensure that the Legal Internal Communications Strategy is applied, as well as the corresponding clarity and consistency of Growth Mkt GC messaging, touch-and-tone, etc.
Engagement: Support for the use of engagement surveys, outcomes analysis, and the creation of improvement action plans for engagement. aiding Rewards & Recognition with budgeting and performance point distribution, for example.
Learning & Development (L&D): Liaising with the L&D Team in Legal Ops to ensure the Growth Mkt GC perspectives on L&D are considered.
Knowledge Management (KM): Working with the KM team in Legal Ops to capture, curate and share Growth Mkt GC know-how.
Financial Management (FM): Working with finance SMAs (inside legal operations and legal finance) to provide personnel, cost, and other relevant information on a regular cycle to support the growth market GC.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in fast-paced project-based roles, be that consulting to external clients (e.g. in Strategy, Consulting or Digital) and/or working on strategic internal initiatives (e.g. in AEE). Thinking of solutions. Consulting & Strategy / Project Management / Change Management
Proven track record of supporting senior client or internal stakeholders in a variety of scoping, planning, execution and monitoring activities. Support to the stakeholders - GLN, work with senior leadership of GLN.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
