KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business Administration- Marketing or Finance.
With Post-graduate Studies is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
With at least 2 years of supervisory experience relevant to the position;
Experience in strategic planning and execution;
Knowledge in basic principles in finance & accounting principles;
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes;
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings;
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports & projections.
