Direct and oversee a team of store personnel in day-to-day operations of a retail store
Lead, motivate and counsel the store team in the attainment of sales targets and demonstration of the highest standard of Chimes customer service
Manage the inventories under his/her jurisdiction, handle deliveries and store transfers and avoid pilferage, theft, damaged, expired inventories.
Prepare regular reports using word, excel and powerpoint with analysis and recommendations.

With at least 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience in the retail industry
Has managed retail store personnel in previous job posts
With good computer skills in word, excel and powerpoint
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Associate / Supervisor Sales and Marketing Retail Industry 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
