JOB DESCRIPTION
A Store Supervisor manages store operations by monitoring inventory, organizing staff work schedules, and providing store performance reports. Store Supervisors may also procure new stock, manage staff, organize staff meetings, and perform other related duties that ensure the successful running of the store. They employ customer service skills and mentor sales staff to perform their duties to help meet store targets or exceed store metrics.
Organizing store staff work schedules.
Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed.
Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store.
Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any Business or Marketing course
1-3 years of relevant work experience as a supervisor or team leader gained from retail /customer-service oriented establishment
Customer service and people management skills
Knowledge in basic accounting, inventory management control and other business areas. Proficient in managing inventory stock and implementing pricing strategies.
Willing to be assigned in Makati
