Job Description:
Employee is required to wear Lala Chan (Mascot), do hosting, singing, anc
Dancing
Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, mission
of Aeon Fantasy. Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume
or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the
children by acting a "customer comes first" attitude
Discovers and responds to customer needs, and most of all give importance
to the safety and cleanliness of the store
Ability to understand and carry out oral/or written instruction and request
clarification when needed.
Qualifications:
Preferably 18-40 yrs. Old his long as physically fit
Must be at least a high school graduate or college level with customer
a service experience
Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage
Good in oral and written communication
Basic computer literate
Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (admin task and
cashiering)
Can work in shifting schedule (mall-based store)
