Driven by the desire to make electronic and home appliance available to the Southern Tagalog families, Royal Star was developed based on a very strong customer oriented and one-on-one personal selling.
This has made Royal Star the largest appliance retail chain in Southern Luzon and Southern Tagalog, dominating the markets in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Quezon and Mindoro.
With this strong base, Royal Star expanded towards the towns of Rizal at the last quarter of 2001, into the largest and most complicated market of Metro Manila. This was done with no less than 7 branches to become the fastest growing appliance dealer in Metro Manila and Rizal Area.
Job Description
1.) Assist the Store manager in the daily affairs of the Store and in the implementation of policies and procedures of the company.
2.) Attend customer's inquiry, concerns, complaints and after sales service.
3.) Accept payments and issue corresponding Official Receipt (OR) to customers.
4.) Accomplish all daily reports such as daily remittance report and update office records such as sales journal, etc.
5.) Maintain the cleanliness of the store. Kindly refer to Store Manager's Floor Control guidelines.
6.) Follow strictly company's guidelines on the cash handling system, disbursement procedure and petty cash fund.
7.) Perform other functions that may be assigned by management from time to time.
8.) Ensure that all premium items are properly documented and will be given to the appropriate customer.
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent
• With Good Customer Service Skills
• With good interpersonal skills
• Has background on sales and marketing is advantage
• Computer literate, knowledgeable on Microsoft Word and Excel.
• With good written/oral communication skills
• Willing to undergo training here in our head office located at Calamba City, Laguna for 1 week
• Can start ASAP
• Preferably living within the vicinity of Victoria, Oriental Mindoro or nearby cities.
