Position Summary
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for checking the items upon delivery in the branch, ensuring items are in good condition. They are also responsible for ensuring the item count is the same in the warehouse delivery receipt.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures.
Responsible for day-to-day Receiving Clerk activities:
Responsible for receiving and monitoring all delivery items accurately from the warehouse.
Responsible for updating inventory section with received items.
Responsible for reporting the damages or shortages to ABM and Admin Assistant.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area.
Graduate of any 4 year business/computer related course or 2 year computer course with equivalent experience.
Willing to learn technical and hardware principles.
Those who have a passion for computers and gadgets have an advantage.
Fresh Graduates
Willing to undergo 36 Days of paid training in our head office in San Juan City.
Willing to be assigned anywhere when necessary.
