Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Restaurant Management: preferably within the fine dining or high-end restaurant segment.
Solid F&B Expertise: A solid background in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, including inventory management, cost control, wine knowledge, and a strong understanding of kitchen dynamics.
Leadership & Team Building: A history of successfully leading, mentoring, and motivating large, diverse teams to achieve top-tier performance and service standards.
Customer-Centric Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to creating memorable moments for every guest and expertly handling high-level customer concerns.
Operational Excellence: Proficiency in managing P&L, implementing effective restaurant operational policies, maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety standards, and driving sales growth.
