Job Description
Ensures on time opening and smooth operation of the store.
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
Manages staff’s performance and ensures that targets are met.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Ensuring the work areas are organized and clean
Oversee stock inventory and ensure availability of stocks in the store
Participate in store audit
Ensure sales balance at the end of the day
Prepares attendance summary of staffs and forward the report to HR every payroll cut-off.
Fill up required checksheets and submit reports on time.
Complies with all company policies
Complies with all health, safety and security protocols of the company
Reports any irregularities in the store to his immediate superior
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Basic Cash Flow Management, Basic Product Knowledge, Familiarity with FDA regulations applicable to drug stores
