We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven STORE MANAGER to lead our team and oversee day-to-day store operations in City Flats, Makati, Manila.
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year Business-related course
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Experience in cashiering and store operations is an advantage
Goal-oriented and thrives in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well under pressure
Pleasing personality with a positive and professional attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient delivery service
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring adherence to company standards
Manage inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness
Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
