Qualifications:
Proven successful experience as a retail/kitchen Store Manager
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in Social Media Handling and Content Creation
Diploma or degree in business management or Marketing related field would be an asset

JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
Social Media Posting and Monitoring
Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
Adhere to food, health and safety standards
Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
Monitoring and control of inventory
Monitor revenues and expenses
Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
