Reporting to: Assistant Manager for Store Expansion
Tasks / Responsibilities:
· Sources sites for SSDI
· Conducts studies for SSDI sites
· Negotiates with prospective lessors
· Coordinates with other SSDI/RRHI departments involved in building and opening stores
· Ensures that the Business Development timelines are met
· Presents and secures approval of prospective sites to the leaders of the Business Development Department, the ManCom, and the RRHI upper management
· Conducts due diligence to prospective sites
· Reviews contracts and secures legal approval of contracts of potential sites
· Accomplish other tasks that may be assigned to him by his superiors
Qualifications:
· College Graduate
· With minimum 2 years' experience in Site Acquisition in a Fast food industry
· Proficient in using MS Office Applications
· Willing to go on field 90% of the time
· Has an entrepreneurial mindset
· Has good project management skills
· Has a pleasing personality
· Is a critical thinker
· Is an innate problem-solver
· With good negotiation skills
· Comfortable with dealing with all kinds of people, from strangers on the road, to lessors, to the senior management
· Good in thinking out-of-the-box
· Willing to learn new ideas
