STORE ASSISTANT
Job Description
The Store Assistant ensures that store operations are carried out effectively and efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Their day-to-day duties include:
Keeping the store fully stocked ;
Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions;
Good customer relations and ability to identify their needs and preferences;
Operating cash registers and point-of-sale machines;
Receiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new deliveries;
Inventory of all products, supplies and materials;
Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations;
Hands-on preparation of cake products for dispatch;
Maintaining cleanliness in the store.
Qualifications
College level preferably Food related courses; NC11 an advantage;
2-5 years of practical experience as Store Assistant in a bakeshop;
Patient, eager to learn, detail oriented, bibo, trustworthy, responsible;
Good customer service and communication skills;
Willing to be assigned as Day-Off Reliever for Ortigas-Pasig and QC stores.
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
