Job Description:
Plan and coordinate shifts and work schedules, job assignments. Oversee workflows and ensure smooth operations, organize events and activities. Set goals and deadlines.
Provide guidance, support and coach and mentor employees, address issues and conflicts. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage, maintain inventory records accuracy. Train employees to perform their tasks.
Communicate and prepare reports, updates needs and expectations. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Maintain clear and regular communication with the team.
Job Requirements:
College Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
Strong communication skills is required
Supervisory level and experience in warehouse and Inventory
Attention to detail
Knowledgeable in SAP is advantage
