Job description
Maintaining and updating records
Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
Distributing or stocking merchandise
Responsible for all aspects oforder processing.
Assist with packing and shipping of orders
Assist with receiving inventory and customer refunds
Prepare invoices
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualification
Requires 2 years or more of experience in market, supermarket, or warehouse stock clerking,
Male or Female
With good communication skills
Familiarity with the classification and storage rules of various products,
Familiarity with the query of production dates for goods,
Has history of long-term and stable employment,
Attentive to details
Willing to Shifting schedule and graveyard shift
Willing to be assigned in Makati
Can start ASAP
