Job Description Under the direct supervision of Warehouse Supervisor; Responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching of merchandise; checks and records the movements of stocks in the warehouse.
Checks and records arrivals, stock transfers, pending orders and returns to suppliers.
Maintains proper storage, cleanliness and orderliness of work area to ensure systematic flow of work.
Sees to it that all merchandise / items and other equipment are kept and secured in the designated area.
Sees to it that merchandise is properly tagged before it is transferred to the selling area.
Prepares stock requisitions for immediate replenishment to guarantee completeness of merchandise at the selling area.
Re-checks stocks to be brought to the different branches.
Informs the Warehouse Supervisor on returns and damages.
Conducts periodic stock count in the warehouse according to set schedule.
