Supervise the Stewards and support them through training and development
Ensures that all assets are stored, recorded and secured properly.
Perform regular inventory of all stored assets and recommends properties for disposal
Request minor maintenance/preventive cleaning for stored machines, tools and equipment.
Attends to all the properties concerns and issues of the different departments
Maintains all records and reports of assets.
Undertakes routine housekeeping, handling and safekeeping of storage to ensure that safety measures are in place.
Ensure that the Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards
Observe Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements
Report and record all faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Managers, Executive Chef, and/or Chief Engineering
Ensure that the machinery is operated properly and safely
Assist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment
Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations
Perform other tasks set by the Management
College Graduate
At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for the position
Preferably with Hospitality Background
Good Leadership skills and must be flexible
Willing to be assigned in other Astoria Properties
Can start immediately
