Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Ensures all concerns related to pre-turnover or pre-opening will be addressed to other departments.
2. Consolidates, updates, and monitors regularly the status of Station Pre-Turnover and Station Pre-Opening database nationwide.
3. Coordinates with Regional Supervisors to ensure proper documentation and record of databases and files of the department.
4. In case of pre-termination or non renewal of Franchise/Operator Contract, responsible in coordinating with involved departments for turn-over of station from Dealer/Operator to COCO based on the terms and conditions specified in the Dealer/Operator Contract.
5. In case of pre-termination or non-renewal of Lease, responsible in coordinating with involved departments for turn-over of property from the company to lot owner based on terms and conditions specified in the Lease Contract.
6. Assists the Regional Supervisors in station turn-over or opening.
7. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any four-year course.
Graduates of Business Management, Accountancy, or any-related course, is a plus.
Must have a driver's license
With 1-2 years of experience sales

Basic financial knowledge
Good presentation skills

Consultative selling skills
Profitability analysis skills

Requires field work
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
