Job Description * Must have at least 3 months of BPO experience
At least High School / Senior High School graduate
Willing to work at home and onsite ( Hybrid )
Good to excellent English communication skills
With a stable internet connection at home
Job Qualifications • Provides support, instruction, and troubleshooting help to lower-level personnel.
Schedules efforts to make certain precise telephone coverage; examines priority of telephone calls and adjusts escalated telephone calls to reassure remedy to challenges.
