Job Responsibilities:
•Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone customers with billing and
•account queries
•Resolve customer issues by telephone
•Provide excellent customer service
Job Requirements:
•6 months BPO experience
•Bachelor's/College Degree or 2 year Associate/Vocational course
•We also consider fresh graduates without BPO experience with a 4 year course - we provide full training
•Excellent customer service attitude
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
•Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired
•Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
