Job Requirements:
6 months BPO experience
Bachelor's/College Degree or 2 year Associate/Vocational course
We also consider fresh graduates without BPO experience with a 4 year course - we provide full training
Excellent customer service attitude
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired
Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
