Description
- Takes charge of duties of Section Manager in cases where the Manager fails the render work
- Plans and organize day to day activities to enhance effective Production
- Test, inspect and evaluate spare parts to meet functional requirements in the Stamping Section
- Supervises Production and monitor load status
- Supervises Stamping operational procedure
- Generates daily, weekly and quarterly report
- Develops and implements cost cutting procedures
- Implements quality consciousness and productivity improvements
- Spearheads yield improvement activities and 5S monitoring in the line
- Evaluates detailed Tooling designs of leadframe required for fabrication or modification
- Check and schedule items for regrinding and/or all change
- Relay information on items for change option
- Revise existing tool part drawing for improvements
- Check tool parts for outsourcing
- Ensure safety of the workers
- Analyzes product non-conformances, causes and prepares corrective & preventive measures.
- Other tasks given by the Superiors
