Summary
The Staffing Data Supervisor is responsible to partner with leadership to develop and execute processes as necessary to collect, process, and distribute staffing statistics and reports to internal customers. This position is directly responsible for managing a team of specialists who the Supervisor will train and develop to assist in meeting these goals. A successful Staffing Data Supervisor will build and maintain strong relationships with Operations and other functional departments to ensure business needs are met and processes are effective, efficient, and transparent.
This role is key to providing visibility to key operating insights for leadership, and the Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the information is accurate, usefully presented, and timely.
Responsibilities
Process Design & Reporting Development
Develop and implement requirements for desired reporting outputs
Partner with other key functional teams in the business to build processes to collect data and review output for accuracy
Build reporting solutions using available toolsets to meet requirements
Generate job aids to document and train team of specialists to accurately collect data and utilize reporting tools
Continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of developed processes and reports
Staff Management
Train direct report specialists in tools and processes and drive accountability for performance
Monitor specialist performance and conduct regular one-on-one sessions with each direct report and coach as needed
Prepare and deliver monthly scorecards and yearly performance reviews
Interdepartmental Communication
Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, and other key functional teams via professional communication in the form of hosting meetings, drafting professional emails, etc
Work with leaders to determine how to best fit summaries and outputs to intended audience
Work Environment and Personal Development

Continue to develop proficiency of department systems and applications

Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent work-related experience required
Experience
3+ years' experience in data collection and reporting development using Excel or similar tools
1-3 years' experience in a supervisory position preferred
1-3 years' experience in call center or staffing agency reporting or data collection preferred
Skills
Ability to communicate well with other departments and all levels of management with minimal supervision
Ability to develop and execute processes for new work streams in order to solve for complex business needs
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and database applications. This includes Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Detail oriented
Strength in working on self-managed projects in conjunction with other departments
