Prepares and evaluates the nursing care plan for each patient.
Assists in planning nursing care.
Develops nursing care plans that meet the individualized needs of the PATIENT.
Prepares and administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assists in diagnostic and therapeutic assessments of patient's condition.
Initiates appropriate measures in an emergency situation.
Gives oral and written reports of pertinent information to oncoming staff.
Makes daily rounds, recording and reporting symptoms and progress.
Adheres to policies and procedures for Health Care Services.
Responsible for safety and welfare of patients through proper implementation of nursing procedures.
Follows Universal Precautions and Infection Control guidelines.
Assists team members as needs arise.
Consistently demonstrates professional attitudes and manner including confidentiality.
Demonstrates flexibility in recognizing and participating in 24 hour staffing if need occurs.
Complies with work rules, regulations, and instructions, follows established systems and procedures, and completes assignments with minimal supervision.
Performs all other duties that may be assigned.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
