Job description
Management of nursing activities in the unit.
Facilitation of correct charging and record of procedures, supplies and equipment.
Maintenance of effective communication channels with patients, relatives and other health care professionals.
Assistance in the proper use of management resources.
Assistance in the training of new staff and directs non-professional nursing personnel.
Compliance with departmental and institutional policies.
Compliance to licensing and registration requirements.
Job Qualification:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing with PRC License
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience; training in the nursing specialty or the clinical nursing unit to which he / she is prepared to handle.
