• Comply with all policies, procedures, clinical protocols, standards and guidelines based on work instruction of the facility.
• Provide quality mental health care for the patients
• Promote self-care and independence, where appropriate and prepare the patient for independent living whenever possible.
• Administer medications, treatments and interventions as prescribed and to monitor their effects.
• Make sure the nursing documentation was properly done without gaps.
• Monitor and evaluates standards of care and reports to nurse in charge.
• Assist and Carry out orders by the Psychiatrist.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions and courses as required.
• In-charge of the safety and security of the patients.
