QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Registered Nurse by the Professional Regulation Commission
Good Physical and Mental Health with stamina to work effectively under adverse
conditions.
Possess clinical competencies.
Ability to develop satisfactory interpersonal and inter-professional relationship with and co-workers.
Skills in verbal and written communication
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for rendering nursing care patients, supportive of life and well-being;
Assess, plans and implements nursing activities base on identified physical health problems, through case findings, health teaching and counseling;
Assist with research related to improvement in nursing care.
Maintains effective communication.
Acts as team leader, and such assigns and supervises nursing care activities of team-workers.
1.1 Admits, receives and endorses patient to and from outgoing duty.
1.2 Prepares and gives oral and parenteral medication except for high alert drugs that can be given under the strict supervision of a physician.
1.3 Monitors and observes patients physical and neurological status as ordered. Reports any untoward sign symptoms.
Provides morning care and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) to our client.
Monitors vital signs including Input & Output as ordered.
Observes, records and reports to physician within 24 hours period of the patients physical and, emotional and mental behavior status which may have significance in diagnosis and therapeutic measures.
Give quality nursing care to patient according to their individual needs.
Monitors and interprets laboratory results, any significant results should always be reported.
Carries out doctor's order accurately.
Makes records and sees to it that all patients in ward receives the necessary care.
Performs different nursing independent and dependent functions.
