Job Description
Evaluating medical information, as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre and post-surgery patients
Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals
Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Competence in de-escalation techniques and understanding of mental health disorders.
Understanding of various therapeutic modalities and treatment options.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Clinical experience in mental health settings, typically 3-4 years required. 2 Years of experience will be considered.
Experience in crisis intervention and managing psychiatric patients.
Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (e.g., PMH-BC) may be advantageous.
