Registered Nurse in the Philippines
Clinical experience of at least 6 months in a general nursing unit.
Member of the Renal Nursing Association of the Philippines(RENAP)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process and competency based renal nursing practice standards.
Responsible for managing records , supplies and equipment.
Provides health education to patients and families,collaborates with other professional disciples to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Contributes to the division of quality nursing care through continuous quality improvement
