The Staff Nurse Assistant is an assistant to the nurse who performs beside care. She works in a "Buddy system" paired or teamed up with a Registered Nurse, to perform simple and basic nursing functions. She collaborates with the Registered Nurses, Physician, Nurse Assistant and other allied healthcare professionals. The Registered Nurse shall always determine his/her work.
JOB REQUIREMENT
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
Good physical health and willing to learn and be trained
Must be patient centric and can communicate well
Must be detail oriented
