Your tasks and responsibilities
responsible for implementing the corporate Quality Strategy and Policy in ams Calamba
Acts as first counterpart with certification and customer audit bodies at the site
Hosts and organizes Customer audits (in cooperation with the site, Q-Div., Sales or CS) and internal audits of the site and coordinates any follow up processes
Manages ANSI.S2020 Certification and the site External Calibration System
Contributes that the local QMS is aligned with the global QMS of ams and highlights any events which may have impact on the local or global QMS
Conducts Internal Audit based on VDA6.3 Process audit methodology
Coordinates, plans and conducts internal audit of ESD Controls to ensure that the site pass the ANSI S.2020 yearly certification audit
Monitors and plan the site external Calibration activities including but not limited to creating Purchase Request to ensure that all gauges are calibrated on time
Supports completion of the Environmental Management System (EMS) yearly audit plan
Support and monitor yearly supplier audit completion
Support the Change Management Process thru PCRB (Process Change Review Board)
Your education and experiences
Candidate must possess Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree or at least Bachelor's/College Degree, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Chemistry, Physics or equivalent
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing specifically in the field Quality Management Systems, Engineering.
Excellent in internal/external auditing, problem solving and communication skills, high self-organizing skills
Know-how of quality tools (FMEA's and 8-D reporting, IATF16949, QS9000 Quality Standards, ISO and VDA 6.3 is beneficial
Strong background in Calibration process and ANSI ESD S2020 is a plus
Strong background in QMS, Process Engineering or Quality
