Staff Engineer, Digital Design Engineering
Brief Job Description:
We are looking for a Staff Engineer, Digital Design Engineering who will be responsible for leading and designing the whole digital core for our product development team. He/She will be responsible for defining the product specifications and translating those requirements into actionable plans and execution strategies. His/Her tasks involve coordinating tasks and responsibilities for mixed-signal chip design, developing functional test plans for verification, digital implementation (syn to pnr), and providing checks for CDC, timing, and formal verification. He/She also adds value by inserting DFT and digital implementation flow. He/She will both lead a team and be responsible for representing the digital IC development team to the rest of the stakeholders of the project.

Qualifications:
•Graduate with BS in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. MS degree in Microelectronics is an advantage.
•Minimum of ten years experience in Digital IC Design.
•Proficient in VLSI circuit design (CMOS, concepts of timing etc)
•Proficient in System Verilog and Verilog.
•Knowledge in digital design implementation and EDA tools. (RTL to GDSII flow)
•Basic knowledge in Analog Circuit Design and scripting (Python, PERL, Shell etc.) is an advantage.
•Previous experience in leading and mentoring is an advantage.
