Description
Perform NPI, qualification, test release, and production transfer to manufacturing of new or existing products from pilot lines or other existing test facilities
Develop ATE manufacturing solutions for the business units supported by the DMSG team
Investigate and debug silicon, hardware, software and setup issues in manufacturing in support of product engineering initiatives as well as deliveries
Provide guidance and mentorship to other test engineers by participating in test reviews, methodology training and other similar activities
Qualifications
BS/MS ECE or EE with at least 5 years of related work experience in New Product Development and Test Engineering
Strong analytical, debug, and communication skills
In depth knowledge of test methodologies
Sound understanding of electronics and semiconductor physics
Good programming skills (VB, VBA, C++)
Experience in Teradyne Flex and Advantest T2000 is an advantage
