Arbour Group (a PharmaLex company) one of the leading global providers of digital compliance products and services for the life sciences industry, is looking for a full-time remote Staff Accountant to join their team. As a Key Contributor, the Staff Accountant shall be responsible for the full cycle accounts payable process and involved in the month end close. They will work closely with overseas counterparts to ensure the timely processing of invoices, payments, posting, and reports. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the accounts receivables process and possess great prioritization skills. They should also be dependable self-starters who bring with them a high level of ownership over their work, an enthusiastic attitude, and have a collaborative mindset to support the company's efforts to provide regulatory and development consulting solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech companies of all sizes. Main Tasks: Full cycle accounts payable processing (inclusive of entering invoice, processing payment in banking software and posting to general ledger) Maintain vendor relationships and ensure proper documentation is on file Expense report review and entry into general ledger Credit card reconciliations Client billing Participate in month end close tasks Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2-3 years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Prior experience of the accounts payable process and general ledger Excellent written, verbal communication and high attention to detail Proficient in Excel Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and willing to learn new things Outstanding organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills Must be a resident of the Philippines Willing to work on a night shift schedule (following US timezone) What's on Offer Work in a company with a solid track record of performance Have a permanent remote working arrangement Have the opportunity to work with a diverse multi-functional team and collaborate with different industry experts and SMEs internationally Don't miss this amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals while enhancing your career in accounting.
