Job Description:
Issuing invoices and purchase orders as well as paying consultant, subcontractor, vendor and supplier
invoices.
Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing and treasury.
Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Preparing journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements and assisting with audits.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Collaborate with team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
Other tasks to be assigned
Qualifications:
Must have bachelor's degree in Accounting
Must be detail-oriented
With excellent communication skills
Preferred with a few years of experience in public accounting but not required
WORK FROM HOME IN THE MEANTIME BUT SHOULD BE OPEN TO A HYBRID SET UP IN MAKATI.
Must be willing to work on a Day Shift
