Shift: Night Shift (9:00pm to 6:0am – Subject for change)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000
 
 
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to provide management of the Company’s sales recording &
invoicing, accounts receivable aging analysis, reconciliation, and collections, Cash Reconciliation & Reporting, and
process improvement in line with company's standard operating procedures.
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience, as well as corporate accounting experience preferred.
• MUST be a CPA candidate and/or working experience in Top 4 Accounting Firm
• Candidate must have an experience or exposure to areas of accounting in wholesale and retail environments
including but not limited to, cash recording, cash reconciliation, cash reporting, and accounts receivable
reconciliation & collections.
• Must have understanding of the principles of inventory processes, retail sales processes, sales and use tax, and
public company audit compliance.
• Experience working in a highly computerized environment and processing financial transactions using an
enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and/or accounting software. QuickBooks and/or Epicor experience
preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and advanced 10 key skills.
• One-year supervisory experience, preferred.
• Manufacturing and/or Retail sales experience preferred.
• knowledge of U.S. GAAP is an advantage
• Proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.
• Accurate, self-starter, with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication with multiple levels and departments.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and honest
• Can start ASAP
• Must be amenable to work in Night shift schedule
• Willing to work in Antipolo and Onsite.
