Senior Data Warehousing Engineer - SSAS

TeleTech is seeking a Senior SSAS Engineer to join our Enterprise Intelligence Operations Team.
Our global IT organization of 500 supports the entire enterprise that encompasses over 40,000 users across our businesses aligned in four pillars - Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.
What you'll be doing:
Proficient in technical areas across the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Organization by providing expertise and/or guidance to engineering staff in the areas of Analytical processing, OLAP Cubes, and Analysis Services data modeling technologies. Must be able to communicate with business users and IT staff in a cooperative teaming environment. Senior Business Intelligence Developer will also be responsible for: maintenance, development and administration of the Analysis Services environment. This role will work with Data and Enterprise Developers in implementing new data analytics and BI solutions, including working with cloud and big data technologies.
You will be responsible for:
Support current and future needs
Maintain effective working relationships with Project Managers, Reporting Analysts, and Data Warehouse Engineers, off-shore and on-shore resources, collaborate with the customer's technical team to gather technical requirements such as performance, maintainability and scalability
Implement BI solutions by:
Engaging with the functional SMEs to understand the data entities and sources, their relational and hierarchical dependencies, and their business context.
Working with the business to gather functional requirements as well as the functional design process
Working with the Architect team for new technology solutions and to receive approvals for any technical specifications created by the Engineering team.
Address data-related problems regarding systems integration, compatibility, and multiple-platform integration
Work according to the project framework including timelines, quality plans, progress reporting, risk and issue identification and communication
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum senior level experience with Microsoft BI stack including (2-5 years minimum):
SQL Server Analysis Services (Multi-Dimensional) - senior level or greater
SQL Server Analysis Services (Tabular) - senior level or greater
PowerBI - senior level or greater
SSIS - senior level or greater
TSQL senior level or greater
Experience with other Database and Data Warehouse Technologies, any of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, Azure Data Warehouse, Hadoop
