Job Description
SRE teams are in charge of proactively building and implementing services to make IT and support better at their jobs. This can be anything from adjustments to monitoring and alerting to code changes in production
Skills/Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience as SRE System Support Engineer
- Experience maintaining and supporting solutions in a Cloud based environment (GCP or AWS)
- Experience working with various monitoring tools
- Designing and implementing ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) stack, Prometheus and Grafana solutions for monitoring and alerting
Walkthrough with experience:
*include number of years and projects handled with tools
- Monitoring Tools (Promotheus and Grafana preferred)
- Level 3 Support (Hardcore Troubleshooting)
- Implementation of Infrastructure
- System Support such as incidents in production - self-healing strategies related to implementation
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis
