JOB TITLE : Sr. Web Developer
DIVISION : Technical Services
1. FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT
Create, update and maintain applications or solutions (front-end, back-end and API) to meet client requirements and
specifications
Write well-organized, efficient and testable code that consistently guarantees and considers performance, scalability,
security and cross-platform responsiveness
Test, troubleshoot, find alternative solutions to technical issues
Continually update and improve technical knowledge and skills and learn new technologies for development
Extend (technical) help and support to other developers and project team members when needed
2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND COLLABORATION
Participate in project planning, technical requirements gathering, scoping, system design and architecture
▪ Provide technical recommendations and help execute them to fulfill project objectives and requirements efficiently
▪ Communicate clearly and properly with project team members (internally and externally)
3. PROJECT EXECUTION AND REPORTING
Estimate amount of technical work and time needed per assigned task
Ensure prompt delivery of desired output accurately and excellently, according to committed schedule
Regularly provide progress report to the Lead and Development Manager
Required Technical Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience in full stack web development
o PHP, PHP framework - Laravel / CodeIgniter
o API / Web Services - REST / SOAP
o HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Sass / Less
o RDMS - MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
o Version Control System - Git
o Linux OS - Debian / RedHat Distro (Ubuntu / CentOS)
o Command line operations - Shell /Bash / CMD / PowerShell
o Network and Data Security
Cross-platform optimization and responsiveness
1+ year(s) of experience in Agile development
